Highland Employer Charter Gold Award

We've always strived to be a good quality employer, in a sector often plagued by insecure jobs and short-term contracts. We're delighted that our hard work has been recognised by the Highland Employer Charter. 

This week we joined 13 other new members of the Highland Employer Charter, having been assessed at Gold standard across fair pay, employee support, circular economy, regional engagement, and community wealth building.
