Father & Son team walking 100km in 24 hours - all for Àban

Àban Trustee takes on Glasgow to Edinburgh challenge this weekend! Over the 18 - 20th of July 2025 Stephen Wells (Trustee) and his son David Wells will be taking on an epic 100km sponsored walk from Glasgow to Edinburgh along the Forth & Clyde and Union Canal towpaths. The target is to do this start to finish within a 24 hour window!

We are walking to raise vital funds for Àban's work with young people facing significant life challenges, helping them build confidence, resilience, and hope through the power of the outdoors.
Every penny raised will go directly to supporting Àban’s transformative work. Your sponsorship can help provide outdoor education experiences that give young people a fresh start, new purpose, and a belief in what they can achieve.
