In March 2026 we were awarded Gold status with the Highland Employer Charter. Verify our chartered status here. 

The Highland Employer Charter is a regional initiative developed by The Highland Council to promote ethical employment, fairness, community investment, and sustainable economic growth across the Highlands. The Charter is built around four pillars: Fair Pay, Employ Highland, Procure Highland, and Employers of Choice. 

We have been a fully accredited Living Wage Employer since 2022. Verify our accreditation here.
