Staff Training Day

Last weekend we hosted our annual staff training day to freshen up on key skills.

With such a varied group of staff, each holding various outdoor qualifications, it is important that we gather at the end of a busy season and reflect and refresh.

A productive day had the staff running through various scenarios they may encounter with groups, and how best to tackle those situations. They are now refreshed and ready for the new year.
