Brought up in the Highlands, a brief stint in New Zealand, one degree later, and many hours on a mountain bike. I love being outdoors, on foot or by bike, and appreciating the landscapes we have right on our doorstep here in the Highlands. The community that Àban is building, and the ten principles they follow, fits with my desire to share with as many people as I can the benefits of the outdoors and the environment we have around us.
